The Sonnet XMAC-STD-IIDV is a rugged 3U rackmount enclosure designed for Mac Studio users who require PCIe card expansion for audio and video post-production. This enclosure secures your Mac Studio and provides two PCIe slots for high-bandwidth cards like the AJA Kona 5 or Blackmagic DeckLink 8K Pro. It features convenient front panel access for power, USB devices (4-port USB-A hub), and the computer's front ports and SD card slots. The design allows for easy access to the Echo II DV Module and PCIe cards from the front without removing the entire front panel.
Enhanced airflow management ensures your Mac Studio maintains optimal thermal performance within the rack. Additionally, there's space to mount up to three Thunderbolt or USB SSDs (sold separately) beneath the Mac Studio for expanded storage. The 16.5-inch mounting depth and rubber cushions make it road-trip ready for use in portable rack cases.
