Use the provided AC adapter to plug into a 230V mains outlet, or use the 12V adapter to plug into your car's 12V socket.
The power pack can jump-start petrol vehicles up to 2500cc and diesel vehicles up to 2000cc.
Charging time varies depending on the charging method and battery depletion level. Refer to the user manual for specific charging times.
Connect the red (positive) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your car battery. Connect the black (negative) clamp to a suitable ground point on your vehicle (e.g., a metal part of the engine block), not directly to the negative terminal.
Immediately disconnect the booster cables and reconnect them with the correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative). This indicates an incorrect connection.
Recharge the power pack after each use. It is also recommended to recharge it every 2-3 months if not in use, to maintain battery health.
It's generally not recommended to operate 12V devices while the power pack is charging, as it can affect charging efficiency and potentially damage the unit.
Check the power pack's charge level. If it's low, recharge it. Check the power button/switch.
Ensure the booster cables are connected correctly and that the power pack is fully charged. Verify that your vehicle's engine size is within the power pack's capacity (petrol up to 2500cc, diesel up to 2000cc).
Check the switch and ensure the power pack is charged. If it still doesn't work, check the bulb/LED and the power circuit.
