Loctite 262 is a red, general purpose, medium to high strength, thixotropic methacrylate-based adhesive. It is ideal for applications where any loosening due to vibration or shock must be prevented. Steel fixture time is 15 minutes, brass 8 minutes, and stainless steel 180 minutes. It fluoresces under UV light to allow monitoring and is resistant to vibration. Tolerates slight contaminations of industrial oils. Low viscosity. Compatible with Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel, and Steel.
