Introducing Global's brand new UKON Knife range, designed to provide an innovative and modern twist on this world-renowned brand's classic. Made in Japan using Global's exclusive Cromova 18 high carbon stainless steel, this is an extra-long serrated bread knife with a 22cm blade. The serrated blade makes short work of both crusty and soft bread loaves. It is also suitable for soft fruit and vegetables such as tomatoes, as the blade will cut through the skin without damaging the centre. The UKON range features a thicker blade with 10% extra sharpness out of the box, along with dual surface handles for superior grip.
