Take 1 speaker and run this into the left channel of the amplifier. Then take a second speaker and plug this into the 1st speaker. This is called daisy chaining. You can then repeat this process with the other 2 speakers but for the right channel on the amp. You will end up with 2 speakers connected to the left channel and 2 to the right channel and this is called wiring in parallel. If you then want to make use of the microphones, simply plug those into the front of the amplifier.
