Armourflex Hard Wax Oil is a tough, durable, and water-repellent coating made from a blend of natural oils and waxes. It is suitable for protecting and enhancing all interior wood surfaces, including hardwood, softwood, parquet, and veneer. This hard wax oil is resistant to common stains like wine, fruit juice, carbonated soft drinks, tea, and coffee. It is also food and toy safe when dry, certified by EN 1186:2002 & EN71:3. The product features a natural oil/waxed based finish, is stain, dirt, and scratch resistant, has a 4-hour drying time, and is manufactured in the UK. It can be used on various wood structures such as floors, doors, window frames, furniture, wood turnings, and railings. The product offers a natural and elegant finish with exceptional wear characteristics and high scratch resistance. It has a microporous, breathable finish that doesn’t crack, peel, flake, or blister. Application is easy with thin coats using a short pile roller, brush, or lint-free cloth, with two coats recommended on bare wood. Drying time is approximately 4 hours, with overnight drying preferred.
