It's perfect for making thick, protein-rich Greek-style yogurt too, or for a lighter, lower-fat version. It can even be used to make creamy soft cheeses like ricotta and labneh. The multipack of pots means you can prepare several different flavours and varieties at once – just add fruit, honey or vanilla to taste. Easy to use: simply add your starter culture to milk, divide between the pots, and let the maker do the rest. Makes up to 1 litre of yogurt at a time. Includes 6 pots, each with a lid. The machine has a 1-litre capacity.
