Setup, Compatibility & Care

Preparation: Ensure the work area is protected from spills. Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, and free of grease or oil. Roughen smooth surfaces using sandpaper or an abrasive to improve adhesion.

Mixing and Application:

  1. Remove the syringe cap.
  2. Turn the syringe nozzle end up and pull the plunger back slightly (1/8") to allow air bubbles to rise. Snap off and save the storage cap.
  3. Push the plunger to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin onto a disposable surface like cardboard. The mixing paddle will emerge from the plunger.
  4. Pull back the plunger to stop the flow. Snap the cap back on the syringe.
  5. Thoroughly mix the dispensed adhesive with the provided paddle for two minutes until it achieves an even color.
  6. Apply a small amount of the mixture to both surfaces and assemble the parts immediately. Excess epoxy should be removed right away.
