The metal oyster tray holds six oyster shells that are up to 4.25”. This is plenty of space for most oysters as standard market size oysters are 3” to 4.25”. This oyster serving plate has the ability to hold crushed ice between the shells. This will keep your shellfish the ideal temperature so you can enjoy a perfect meal. The stainless steel construction of the plate will help keep your oysters cool.
