Perfect for everyday use at home for preparing food for cooking delicious meals, the handle provides a firm and comfortable grip. The blade comes with an Edgekeeper sheath which sharpens the blade each time it is pulled from the protective sheath for the best possible performance every time it is used. Sabatier’s innovative Edgekeeper technology ensures this knife maintains its razor-sharp edge for swift, precision cutting. The secret is in the protective sheath; it has a built-in sharpener, so you can hone the blades to perfect sharpness with every use. With a hardened MoV steel blade, this chef's knife is built to master the challenges of everyday food prep. Its ergonomic handle gives you total control as you slice, dice, and chop. The dramatic black finish sets it apart from regular knives. As well as keeping its supreme sharpness, the sheath also enables it to be stored safely in a kitchen drawer. Dishwasher safe.
