The Global GS-57 Fluted Santoku Knife features an 11cm blade crafted from Cromova 18 stainless steel. As part of Global's GS range, this knife has a smaller handle and is forged in Japan from a single piece of steel. It's ice-tempered and hardened to maintain a sharp edge longer and resist corrosion, stains, and rust. The fluted blade prevents food from sticking, making it ideal for dicing, slicing, and mincing. This Santoku knife boasts Global's signature black dimpled handles for a secure grip, even when wet. The hollow handle is sand-filled for optimal weight and balance. Its seamless design ensures no dirt or food can get trapped. For best results, wash Global knives carefully in warm, soapy water.
