Full details
The black and green tea on your breakfast table comes from the Camelia sinensis plant. The evergreen shrub can grow up to a meter high in a pot. The creamy flowers create a beautiful contrast to the dark green shiny leaves of the tea plant. The original habitat of the tea plant is Myanmar, India and South China. The seeds can be planted all year round. The plant prefers Rhododendron soil mixed with sand. Between April and September it is recommended to fertilize every two weeks.
