The Buffalo extra wide griddle is a highly reliable, huge capacity professional griddle perfect for your pro kitchen. It features a 2.9kW element and independently controlled cooking zones for professional cooking. The griddle includes a drip tray and side splash guards for easy cleaning and maintenance. The dimensions are 240(H) x 745(W) x 470(D)mm with a cooking area of 738 x 330mm. It is made of 430 stainless steel with a temperature range of 97°C to 298°C and uses 230V. The griddle is heavy duty with strong commercial grade elements, adjustable feet, and a removable drip tray. It has user-friendly dial temperature controls with dual temperature zones and a premium 10mm thick A3 Steel griddle plate.
