This powerful meat grinder features an electronically regulated motor with 1,500 watts of power, controlled via an LED-illuminated panel with an on/off button and reverse setting. The worm housing is constructed from durable cast metal, and it includes a 4-bladed stainless steel knife and a 50mm grinding disc aperture. The Gastroback Design Mincer Plus comes complete with two grinding discs for chunky meat, a sausage filling attachment, pusher, food tray, cookie attachment, and a kebbe attachment for oriental cuisine.
