Applicator is getting sticky

Avoid touching the glue tape at the bottom of the cluster with the applicator. Grip the cluster as close to the base as possible without touching the adhesive.

Difficulty removing clusters

Gently peel from the base. If resistant, you can try using a gentle oil-based makeup remover on a cotton swab along the lash line before peeling. Ensure you are not trying to remove them before the adhesive has naturally begun to loosen.
