You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Non-faulty returns must be reported within 5 days of delivery and items must be in their original packaging to be accepted. A collection fee will apply for non-faulty returns. Damages and discrepancies must be reported on the courier's paperwork and to us within 2 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled if not despatched with no charge.
