This 10K Slate Roof Tile Vent Ventilator is designed for use with extractor fans and soil pipes. It features a low profile design that blends seamlessly with most dwellings and can be trimmed to fit various slate sizes (610mm x 305mm and 510mm x 255mm). The slate grey color complements most man-made or natural slates. It prevents the entry of birds and large insects and complies fully with relevant Building Regulations and British standards. Ideal for both new build and existing roof applications, it can be used for replacement of a normal roof slate to provide ventilation, ventilating a roof space at low or high level, as a connection to mechanical extraction from kitchens/bathrooms, or as a ventilation outlet for a soil vent pipe. Key features include a free vent area of 10,000mm², an inconspicuous low hood design, and the ability to combine with a pipe adaptor kit for a 100mm soil vent pipe and/or mechanical extractor. Manufactured from polypropylene to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2008 standards, it satisfies NHBC Standards and complies with all relevant Building Regulations and British Standards.
