Press the time setting button, then use the up/down arrows to adjust the hour and minute. Repeat for the date settings.
Use the program button to select the time slot, then adjust the temperature using the up/down arrows. Repeat for each time slot for weekdays and weekends.
Consult the user manual. Navigate to the setting for Optimum Start/Stop and enable as desired.
