Santoku knives are all-purpose blades which are similar in function to western chef’s knives. These blades can mince, slice or chop up any food type with ease. Fully forged stainless steel with a full tang and bolster. Classic 3-rivet handle inspired by traditional French chef knives, capturing a timeless design that will be at home in any kitchen. Handles made from Rosewood. X30Cr13 forged steel is extremely sharp, durable and easy to sharpen. The bolster between the handle and blade protects your fingers while providing a comfortable rest while holding the knife.
