Bird Brand Complete+ Superior Wood Preserver in Dark Brown is a high-performance, solvent-based treatment designed to protect and enhance both rough and smooth timber surfaces. Its advanced formulation incorporates three active ingredients to safeguard wood against rot, mould, decay, and wood-boring insects. Colour: Dark Brown Base: Solvent-based Permethrin: Protects against wood-boring insects Tebuconazole: Guards against wet and dry rot fungi IPBC (3-Iodo-2-Propynyl Butylcarbamate): Controls blue stain and other wood-discolouring fungi Coverage: Up to 8 square meters per litre, depending on wood porosity Drying Time: Touch dry in 48 hours Application Method: Brush Suitable Surfaces: Exterior and interior wood, including smooth and rough sawn timber Water Repellent: Yes Odour: Ultra-low odour. Richer, stronger colours with better results particularly on smooth timbers. Now contains a 3rd active ingredient to control blue stain and other wood destroying & discolouring fungi (IPBC). Contains Water repellent agents. Lower odour but still solvent based. A higher build finish in a more balanced mix so the pigments don’t drop to the bottom of the tin. Same shades as the Complete, but with an additional Ebony Black.
