GRAIN GUARD Danish Oil is a natural blend of oils and resins designed to enhance, restore, and protect the natural beauty of wood surfaces. Penetrating deep into the grain of the wood, it dries to create a water-repellent, hard-wearing surface. Suitable for use on any wooden surfaces, it can be used internally and externally, making it ideal for non-food preparation kitchen work surfaces, furniture and decking. This Danish Oil has a natural blend of oils and resins, penetrates the surface of the wood and dries, leaving a durable and long-lasting satin finish (Suitable for Oak, Pine, Cherry, Etc). It enhances the look of the wood, whilst sealing the surface to protect against dirt, moisture and drying out. Lighter woods will attain a light-yellow colour. Ideal for use on furniture, non-food preparation surfaces, doors, and panelling. Exterior use is only recommended in sheltered locations. Easy application with a cloth or brush, removing excess oil after approx. 15 mins. Minimum application of 2 coats on internal surfaces and 3 on external surfaces. Allow 24 hrs to fully dry. It will not crack, flake or peel. Approximate coverage 6-10m² per litre.
