Full details
Specially developed for cleaning the intake manifold and intake valves of diesel engines. Suitable for use during inspections as preventive maintenance. Compatible with diesel particulate filters (DPF). This highly effective solvent-based cleaner with active additives dissolves and removes oil, resin, soot, and other deposits in the intake and throttle valve areas. It ensures proper function of all moving parts in the intake tract and increases diesel engine reliability. Enables cleaning without disassembly, offering quick and thorough results. Helps maintain fuel efficiency and overall engine performance. Suitable only for diesel engines. Ensure access to the intake system after the air flow meter/turbocharger/intercooler, ideally just before the intake manifold. Start the engine and spray in short bursts (2–3 seconds) at minimum 2,000 rpm. Move the spray probe during application to clean thoroughly. Stop spraying if engine speed increases by more than 1,000 rpm. Avoid contact with the air flow meter and painted parts. For stubborn deposits, a second can may be used. After cleaning, run the engine for approx. 20 seconds at 2,000 rpm to burn off residues. Do not remove the spray head after fitting it on the can. If the engine cannot run with the intake pipe removed, unplug the air flow meter (ignition off), then clear any stored faults with a diagnostic tool and re-calibrate the sensor if needed. Active solvent with highly effective additive combination. Eliminates contamination and deposits in the intake.
