Liqui Moly DPF/GPF Cleaner is a non-flammable, ash-free cleaner designed for dissolving soot in the exhaust particulate filters of gasoline and diesel engines. It is used to restore the absorption capacity of the particulate filter and can be applied during servicing without the need for filter removal. This cleaning fluid is recommended when there are indications of a heavily laden particulate filter, such as loss of performance or increased fuel consumption, and can be used preventatively for unfavorable driving profiles. Application involves removing the temperature or pressure sensor at the diesel particulate filter, spraying the cleaner through the opening towards the filter (holding the can vertically), refitting the sensors, and then carrying out regeneration according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Any existing error codes should be cleared. This product should only be applied by professional workshops and specialists. Please strictly observe the notes from the vehicle manufacturer during application.
