Full details

The i-box Attune is a versatile portable radio for anyone seeking easy access to digital (DAB/DAB+) and FM radio stations with added Bluetooth and Aux-in connectivity. Troubleshooting

Radio will not turn on

Ensure the micro USB cable is securely connected to both the radio and a working power source. Check if the battery has sufficient charge, or try charging for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on.

Poor or no radio reception

Ensure the radio is positioned away from metal objects or other electronic devices that may cause interference. Try repositioning the radio. For DAB, ensure you are in an area with good digital signal coverage. Extend the telescopic antenna if applicable.

Bluetooth connection issues

Ensure the Bluetooth device is within range (approx. 10 meters). Turn off Bluetooth on both the radio and your device, then turn them back on and try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are actively connected.

No sound or low volume

Check that the volume is turned up on the radio and on your connected Bluetooth or Aux device. Ensure the correct audio source (Bluetooth, Aux, Radio) is selected. Check that the Aux cable is securely plugged in.

Display is dim or unreadable

The display is backlit LED. While it should be clear, check if the ambient light conditions are extreme. Ensure the device is not overheating, as this can sometimes affect display performance.
