This handmade, sustainable mango wood tray is the perfect size to take breakfast back to bed on a lazy Sunday. The beautiful floral design is expertly hand carved, and makes it a lovely display piece for candles or other trinkets. Food not included! All our mango wood products are made entirely by hand using traditional skills handed down from one generation to the next. Mango trees have an incredibly long life, but eventually stop bearing fruit and are replaced by younger trees. As India produces, by far, the most mangos in the world, this results in a huge industry using one of the most sustainable woods known to man. Due to the handmade nature of these products each one is unique, but loveliness comes as standard. Outer dimensions: 38 x 30 x 6 cm Inner dimensions: 33 x 25 cm If your mango wood tray gets a little dirty, give it a clean with warm soapy water and immediately dry it off with a cloth. Be careful not to let it soak, as too much moisture could make the wood warp or crack. Not suitable for the dishwasher, microwave or oven. Treated with linseed oil to protect the wood and give it a beautifully rich finish. You can top this protection up yourself by rubbing any food oil onto the surface of the wood with a dry cloth.
