All of our razors come with a 5-year warranty, so should you have any issues, please contact our friendly customer service team and we’ll do our best to help. Firstly, unpackaged your new safety razor and start by placing 1x razor blade in between the two components that make up the razor head. Make sure that the ridges on the head are facing upwards and screw the head onto the razor base. Apply shaving soap and hot water to your skin and apply hot water to your razor head to heat the blade. Tilt the razor at a 45 degree angle and shave as normal in straight smooth strokes. To store your razor, we recommend purchasing the accompanying razor stand which will help to keep your razor dry. Alternatively, store your razor in a cool, dry place to avoid any rusting.
