Loctite 3463 is a versatile, dual component, easy to use, steel-filled epoxy repair putty. It is applied like a putty and when cured it exhibits high compressive strength and good adhesion to most surfaces. Use this product to stop leaks in pipes and tanks, fill oversized bolt holes, smooth welds or repair non-structural defects in castings or holes in tanks. This metal repair putty is suitable for emergency repair of tanks, pipes and castings. It has strong adhesion on many surfaces after curing and a very high compressive strength. As the metal repair putty is a kneadable mass, it is easy to use. The steel-filled resin can quickly and easily be used for diverse repairs. The epoxy filler for metal repairs is extremely temperature-resistant and can be used at temperatures between -30°C and +120°C.
