This single pendant in off-white is part of the Seam collection. The name refers to the seam created during the traditional casting process of porcelain, which is clearly visible on the top of the lamp. Many of Serax designs are finished by hand; this may lead to irregularities and is considered part of the uniqueness of each piece. The Seam collection by Serax, designed in collaboration with Dutch designer Seppe van Heusden, is based on a shared passion for authentic materials and contemporary creations. The Seam Large Single Pendant features a black finish with a white porcelain shade. It requires 1 x 5w Max E27 Lamp and is dimmable if fitted with dimmable lamps. It is IP20 rated and Class 1, Earthed. The height is adjustable on installation, with a minimum drop of 400mm and a maximum drop of 3400mm. The diameter is 330mm. The collaboration between Serax and Dutch designer Seppe van Heusden is based on a shared passion for authentic materials and contemporary creations. With Seam, he has created a versatile collection of lamps in China. The idea behind the collection was first and foremost to create various lighting elements whose design would highlight the unique qualities of the material used. The name Seam refers to the seam that emerges from the traditional porcelain casting process and is clearly visible throughout the Lampshade. Instead of hiding or erasing this seam, Seppe van Heusden decided to emphasize it as a characteristic design element. The light, transparent China adopts soft shapes. With its neutral colors and sober shapes, the Seam Pendant by Serax is at home in any interior or ambience.
