Self-sharpening kitchen knife storage block. Includes 5 Rockingham Forge knives: 20 cm chef knife, 20 cm carving knife, 20 cm bread knife, 14 cm utility knife, and a 10 cm paring knife. Features integrated sharpening steels in each knife slot, which hone straight knife edges each time they are removed and placed back into the block (bread knife slot does not contain a sharpener). The sharpeners in the SHARP’N block are set at an angle of 20 degrees – suitable for most European style knives. Not dishwasher safe – hand washing recommended to maintain the quality of this product.
