Buxus pyramids are a great way to add height and year-round greenery to your garden. They look great on their own on a patio or paved area and can be grouped together in different sizes to create a striking evergreen focal point. Also known as Boxwood or Box, Buxus cones are surprisingly easy to maintain. They cope extremely well with pruning and are easily kept in shape with just a sharp pair of secateurs required. Buxus sempervirens prefers to be situated in full sun or partial shade. One of the easiest ways to maintain its topiary shape is to regularly rotate the pot by a quarter. This allows sunlight to reach all angles and helps prevent your box growing unevenly towards the sun. This shrub likes to be in moist but well drained soil and will require regular watering during dry weather. Don’t let the soil dry out completely. Box plants endure cold temperatures well and are relatively slow growing, making them hugely popular topiary trees. Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only - The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth.
