The Platinum Prefounte features a minimalist design with the renowned nib and feed from the Preppy and Plaisir. It offers a smarter, yet unadorned aesthetic. The cap is translucent and includes a metal pocket clip. Its hi-tech feed system ensures consistent ink flow, complemented by a sprung Slip & Seal mechanism in the cap that prevents ink from drying out, even after extended periods of disuse (up to a year or more). The Medium nib produces a 0.5mm line. It uses Platinum Cartridge refills. The pen measures 138mm capped, 123mm uncapped, and 155mm posted, with a weight of 8g. Standard international cartridges can be used with the Platinum International Adaptor (sold separately).
