Preparation Instructions:

  1. Hygiene First: Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all feeding utensils (bottles, teats, rings) are clean and sterilized.
  2. Boil Water: Boil one litre of fresh tap water and allow it to cool for no longer than 30 minutes. The water should be warm, not boiling.
  3. Measure Water: Pour the required amount of cooled boiled water into a sterilized feeding bottle.
  4. Add Powder: Use the scoop provided to add the correct amount of Aptamil Pepti-Junior powder to the water. Level off the powder with the leveller on the tin.
  5. Mix Thoroughly: Cap the bottle securely and shake vigorously for at least 25 seconds until all the powder is dissolved.
  6. Attach Teat: Remove the cap and replace it with a sterilized teat.
  7. Cool Down: Cool the bottle under cold running water or in a bowl of cold water until it is lukewarm. Check the temperature of the feed on the inside of your wrist before giving it to your baby.
  8. Feed Immediately: Once cooled and checked, feed the prepared formula to your baby immediately.
