The 100W PD Port does not support data transfer and video signal transfer. Features: - 4K Triple Display - 4K Single Display - 10Gbps Data Transfer - 100W PD Charge FAQ: 1. Why is there no image output after connecting to HDMI? - Please ensure that your laptop's USB-C interface supports video signal output. - Please confirm that the length and specifications of the connected cable meet the requirements and if the connection is firm. - Please adjust your laptop's resolution settings; the monitor's supported resolution may be lower than the product's highest supported resolution. - Please select the correct input signal source (some monitors require manual selection of the input signal source). - You can try restarting the laptop or replugging the product. - If possible, try using other monitors and laptops. 2. Connecting two HDMI ports, but both external monitors cannot be displayed at the same time? - Check your laptop's graphics card performance or ask the manufacturer if it supports extending two monitors simultaneously. - Check power management settings. In the power options, you can adjust the power plan and select "High performance" or similar settings. - Check display settings. In Windows, go to "Display settings" to configure the monitor. Ensure you have set the display mode to "Extend these displays" instead of "Show only on 1" or "Show only on 2". 3. Only connected to HDMI1, if the resolution is adjusted to 4K@60Hz, at that time, the opening of HDR will cause the laptop to lag and be unable to operate. This is due to the graphics card memory issue. When using the product, we advise disabling the HDR function. 4. Why can't I extend the desktop display when the product is connected to a MacBook? - Due to macOS system limitations, MacBooks only support SST (Single Stream Transport) technology. The docking station only supports extending one screen; other screens can only mirror the extended screen. (Multi-Display Modes for macOS: A+B+B+B) 5. Why do the two monitors not support 4K@30Hz and 2K@60Hz resolutions simultaneously after connecting two monitors? - This is due to the laptop's bandwidth limitations, which prevent it from displaying the highest resolution. You may need to reduce the monitor's resolution or refresh rate for it to function correctly.
