This high quality 20cm bread knife manufactured from stainless carbon steel has an ergonomically shaped handle with a satin finish for comfort and added grip. The flared bolster with its mirror polished finish contrasts nicely with the handle and provides balance to the knife as well as protecting your hand from the knife blade.
