The balcony screen is made from 100% HDPE (high-density polyethylene).
The screen measures 90 cm in width and 500 cm in length (height x width).
The screen is water permeable due to its open fabric structure, allowing wind and water to pass through. It is not designed to be a waterproof barrier.
It includes aluminium eyelets and a 24m PE rope. However, compatible mounting hooks are not included and may be required depending on your specific installation needs.
You can clean the screen with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents.
The screen is UV and mould-proof, making it durable. However, in very strong winds, it should be securely fastened to prevent damage.
The fabric density is 160 g/m².
Adjust the tension of the PE rope. Ensure the rope is threaded through all eyelets evenly and tied off securely at both ends.
While the screen is designed to be wind permeable, ensure it is not overly taut, which can increase wind load. Consider using additional tie-down points if necessary, or ensuring it's not installed in a location with extreme, consistent wind exposure.
