Carlube Hydraulic 32 is a highly refined, fully inhibited hydraulic oil with a viscosity of ISO 32. It offers excellent chemical and thermal stability, along with good demulsibility for rapid separation of water contamination. Carlube Hydraulic 32 is classified as HM under the ISO 6743 grading system. This oil is ideal for systems using vane or gear pumps operating under various pressures and temperatures, including certain machine tools and industrial plants. It is also suitable for some torque converter applications. Key features include suitability for applications requiring TA DIN 51524 Parts 1 (HL), 2 (HLP) and 3 (HVLP), ISO 11158 (HL, HM, HV), AFNOR NF ISO 11158 (HL, HM, HV), Eaton (Vickers) 1-286-S, US Steel 126, and US Steel 127. It provides good resistance to foaming and cavitation for cleaner, higher-performing systems, and offers excellent protection against rust and corrosion. The oil is compatible with conventional sealing materials such as Nitrile, Buna-N, and Viton.
