The Arbortech TURBOPlane™ is a universal wood shaping attachment designed for creating various shapes, profiles, and finishes. It can be attached to the Power Carving Unit™ or a standard 100mm (4") or 115mm (4 1/2") grinder. Use it flat for large level surfaces or at angles for shallow cuts for fine shaping, planing, and sculpting. This attachment allows for rapid freehand wood sculpting, planing, and trimming, leaving a smooth finish that requires minimal sanding. Its durable carbide teeth ensure a long life, even in hardwoods, and it is easy to sharpen with a diamond file. The TURBOPlane offers excellent control, balance, and safety with no carving teeth on the blade periphery, making it ideal for free-forming convex and concave shapes. It fits Arbortech Power Carving Units and any 100mm (4") or 115mm (4") angle grinders.
