It adheres perfectly without primer on most substrates. OB1 PlumbersPal is almost odourless, permamently elastic, offers mould, weather and high UV resistance, and can be used for interior and exterior projects. The formulation conforms to BREEAM specification Hea 02 Indoor Air Quality, regarding volatile organic compound (VOC) emission levels. OB1 PlumbersPal can be overpainted with water-based and most 2 component paints. It is recommended to paint a few days after application. Features: Works in water, Mould resistant, UV and weather resistant. OB1 PlumbersPal is a professional non-staining all-round sealant and adhesive with high strength and fulfils BREEAM specifications mentioned in chapter ‘Health and Wellbeing’, Hea02 Indoor Air Quality, regarding volatile organic compound (VOC) emission levels (products). Limitations: Not suitable for continuous exposure to water, Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates, Not suitable in combination with chlorides (pools). MOULD RESISTANCE - OB1 PlumbersPal has been formulated with an anti-fungal formula making it resistant to mould making it ideal for use in high humidity areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. HIGH WATER RESISTANCE - Specifically developed for the sealing of expansion joints in sanitary applications, OB1 PlumbersPal has a very high water resistance, curing to form a permanently elastic sealant that will even work under water. OVERPAINTABLE - OB1 PlumbersPal Sealant And Adhesive is overpaintable so can be painted to match the substrate you are working with. INTERIOR/EXTERIOR USE - OB1 PlumbersPal Sealant And Adhesive has a high UV and weather resistance so is perfect for internal and external use with its low odour and weather resistance.
