Smartseal Block Magic is a coloured block paving sealer designed to restore or change the colour of your block paving. It is formulated with a blend of acrylic resins and liquid pigments that penetrate deep into the paving, renovating and protecting patios and driveways. Block Magic combats colour loss caused by everyday weather, pressure washing, and vehicle usage by replenishing lost colour and providing a protective layer against dirt, grime, and staining. For best results, a second coat is recommended, either of Block Magic or another Smartseal sealer. Key benefits include recolouring and protection, UV stability, stain resistance, and a lifetime expectancy of 3-5 years. It is available in 5 colours, with samples available. Note: This product is not suitable for clay pavers or for use in combination with polyurethane products. Old or poorly conditioned pavers may require two coats for a uniform finish.
