The AllPondSolutions 400L/H Aquarium Hang-on External Filter is suitable for fresh or salt water aquarium tanks up to 60 litres capacity. The efficient filter draws water up a vertical plastic inlet tube (and skims surface via attachment) into the large filter chamber, where it filters through a media-filled pad, providing chemical, biological, and mechanical filtration. After the water has gone through the filter media, it returns to the tank via the waterfall-effect outlet.
