Troubleshooting

Tent leaks during rain.

Ensure all seams are properly taped and that the rainfly is correctly attached and tensioned. Check for any tears or damage to the fabric or coating.

Tent poles are difficult to assemble.

Ensure the pole sections are fully inserted into each other. Check for any debris obstructing the connections.

Poor ventilation or condensation inside the tent.

Open mesh windows and doors to increase airflow. Ensure the rainfly is not creating a seal that blocks ventilation. Reduce the number of occupants if possible.

Tent is not stable in wind.

Ensure all guy lines are properly attached and tensioned, and that stakes are firmly secured in the ground. Position the tent to minimize direct exposure to strong winds, if possible. Note that this tent is not designed for extreme winds.

E-port connector seems loose.

Ensure the extension cord is firmly plugged into the E-port. Check the extension cord itself for damage.
