The Global G Series Filleting Knife is a classic collection of larger Global knives, manufactured in Niigata, Japan, by Yoshikin using exclusive CROMOVA 18 high carbon stainless steel. This knife features a superior, razor-sharp edge ground steeply to a point on an acute angle, ensuring it holds a sharper edge for longer. The precisely balanced, hollow sand-filled handle offers seamless construction, eliminating food or dirt traps for enhanced safety and hygiene. It boasts excellent stain resistance and edge retention. Blade Length: 21cm (8 inches). Weight: 140g. Knives are not for sale to persons under 18 and are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD).
