Troubleshooting

Uneven spray pattern

Ensure the nozzle is clean and clear. Shake the can vigorously before and during use. Adjust the nozzle setting if available.

Adhesive not bonding effectively

Check that surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants. Ensure the adhesive was allowed to become sufficiently tacky before joining surfaces. Verify that the materials are compatible and not on the 'not suitable for' list.

Can not spray

Shake the can well. Turn the can upside down and spray briefly to clear the nozzle. Ensure the nozzle is properly attached.

Strong odor persists

While low odor, some scent is normal. Ensure adequate ventilation in the work area during and after application.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from grease or dust. Shake the can vigorously before use. For variable spray, adjust the nozzle to the desired pattern. Apply adhesive evenly to one or both surfaces from a distance of approximately 15-25cm. Allow the adhesive to become tacky (usually 5-15 minutes, depending on conditions) before joining the surfaces under pressure.

Compatibility: Suitable for bonding foam-backed carpets, upholstery fabrics, foam, wood, and many other porous and non-porous materials. Not suitable for: plasticised PVC, PVC-coated materials, or expanded polystyrene.

Care: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle. Dispose of the can responsibly according to local regulations.
