The APC Easy Rack ER6402 is a pre-assembled IT enclosure designed for efficient deployment in low to medium-density edge computing applications. Its 24U height allows it to fit comfortably under countertops or in small rooms, making it ideal for remote servers and converged applications. The rack features a compact 600mm width and a standard 1000mm depth to minimize floor space. It comes equipped with a roof, levelling feet, castors, side panels, mounting hardware, and PDU mounting brackets, but does not include a bottom. Certified to UL 2146 standards, this enclosure ensures integrated electrical grounding for the roof, front, and rear doors. The rack cabinet can be shipped fully assembled for immediate installation or unassembled for convenient storage and on-site assembly. With a quick-release door design featuring a spring pin, the front doors can be easily removed, reversed, or interchanged with the rear doors. The solid roof prevents items from falling into the rack, and both the roof and rear door offer cabling pass-through points with tie-off points on the frame for secure cable management. APC Easy Racks are user-friendly in selection, installation, and accessorizing with cooling, cable management, and PDU solutions.
