This Kair Ducting Adaptor is designed for converting between round and rectangular ducting systems. The rectangular end measures 204mm x 60mm and features a male spigot that fits inside fittings. It requires a rectangular duct connector like DUCVKC5608 to connect to 204mm x 60mm straight pipe or DUCR3M/206/62 for flexible hose. The circular end is a 100mm (4 inch) round male spigot that fits inside 100mm round duct pipe, such as DUCVKC250. Made in the UK from high-quality Polystyrene/Polypropylene plastic, this adaptor can withstand temperatures from -15c to +60c. It offers easy installation with a simple push-fit design, and joints can be sealed with silicone sealant or tape for permanent fixings. Airflow performance is independently tested by BSRIA or BRE and complies with Part F Building Regulations. It is suitable for various applications including kitchen and bathroom extractor fans, hydroponics, in-line extract fans, tumble dryers, cooker hoods, whole house ventilation, passive stack ventilation, positive input ventilation, air conditioning, HVAC, and Heat Recovery systems. Kair plastic rigid ducting provides superior airflow and durability compared to flexible ducting.
