This tool can be used to fit A/C & water pump stretchy belts. Vehicle manufacturers state a stretchy belt cannot be reused & should be cut off to remove. Stretchy belts are also known as flexi-belts and are used to fit around the crankshaft pulley. NOTE: Stretchy belts are tight and under high load. Care should be taken not to trap fingers and hands during fitment. Equivalent to OEM 303-1596.
