They absorb water and slowly release, to create a beneficial microclimate and protect from over-watering and root damage. They're also ideal for use as a decorative pot topper, in pots for crocking and lining greenhouse benches. Hydroleca is a careful balance that supports a microclimate around your houseplants. This Westland soil additive is perfect to create the optimal climate for your plant to thrive in. Hydroleca expertly supports your plant with its water needs. It allows water to release slowly, ensuring that your plant gets the right amount of moisture when it needs it. Westland clay granules can be used in three ways: Hydroleca at the top of your pot acts as a decorative pot topper and locks water into your plant soil. Add Westland clay granules to the bottom of your pot for drainage.
